Shown below are documents that you will need during the hands on evaluation of the operator's skill. This is required by OSHA but can be conducted by a knowledgable person in your company. We will strive to answer all of your questions, concerns, and issues before you make a final decision concerning your company's evauluaqtor(s).To often, companies fail in this regard, and find later that you are not satisfied with the service you recieved from your operators or you will receive violations from OSHA. We do not want that to happen. With Lift Truck Safety Consultants we ask if you to complete this portion of your operator training and properly document it.
